1. Purpose
These terms set out your and our rights and obligations when you use the information, PoC requests, inquiries and AI guide (Ask itriX) on the Site.
2. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the Site.
We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law and will post changes on the Site 7 days before they take effect.

Ask itriX answers are for reference and stay within materials we have approved.
Contracts, pricing and validation results are confirmed only by our staff.
5. Your obligations
Do not enter false information or someone else’s information in forms.
Do not disrupt the Site or send large volumes of automated requests.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, designs and trademarks on the Site (including itriX, ASTOP, PRISM and AXIOM) belong to us.
Do not copy, distribute or modify them without our prior consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Figures and validation results on the Site apply to the stated test conditions and do not guarantee results in your environment.
We are not liable when force majeure prevents us from providing the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
9. Effective date
These terms take effect on October 24, 2026.
